Coast Guard whistleblowers testify on sexual assault

Four women testified about sexual assault at the U.S. Coast Guard Academy during a Tuesday Senate hearing. The witnesses described a culture of abuse at the academy that they said the Coast Guard has tried to cover up. Scott MacFarlane reports.
